28 is the second "perfect number" numerically. There are 28 days, approximately, in the lunar month. The gregorian calendar follows a 28 year cycle. There are 28 dominoes in the standard dominoe set.
The number 28 keeps showing up in my life. I was born on the 28th. My s.d. is the 28th. I met my wife when I was 28. This past year we were married 28 years, and will not see 29. Ninteen years ago I put a picture of a Fatboy on my wall at home. I took it down recently and traveled to Iowa to purchase one. It just happened to be on the 28th, without me giving it any thought until after the fact.
You cannot dodge the one with your number on it.....
